Attorneys

Dan Ryan is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and began practicing law in 1991 with the firm of Casey & Meyerkord, P. C. of St. Louis, Missouri, representing exclusively injury victims and their families. In April of 2003, he opened the firm of Bollwerk & Ryan, LLC with his partner, Jill Bollwerk. His practice is still exclusively plaintiff's personal injury trial work, concentrating in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto and truck accidents, and workers compensation. He has tried numerous jury trials to conclusion in St. Louis City and County Circuit Courts as well as Federal Court and some out state Missouri courts.

Dan is a member of and a past President of the Lawyer's Association of St. Louis (1999-2000), is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and was a member of the Board of Governor's of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (2000-2006). Dan is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Missouri Bar. Dan has lectured to other attorneys and judges on several topics related to personal injury practice for the above organizations throughout his career. He is a life long resident of St. Louis, growing up in the North St. Louis City and County area. He attended Rosary High School and St. Louis University undergrad. He currently resides with his family in Oakville in the south St. Louis County area.
